Artemis is pleased to welcome a new vice president, Megan Shaheen, to its growing team of health experts. Ms. Shaheen will lead the strategic vision and growth of the company’s federal health portfolio, developing solutions to address the most pressing agency challenges across government.

An experienced and trusted public health leader and advisor to clients in the federal health sector, Ms. Shaheen brings expertise in behavioral health, health care innovation, health care research, human-centered design and change management to Artemis.

Ms. Shaheen previously served as senior vice president at Ipsos, leading the Veterans Affairs portfolio, the second largest portfolio in North America, and driving double-digit growth well beyond yearly targets. She also led program management efforts for the National Institutes of Health, including rapid program standup in response to the emergence of COVID-19 while at ERPi and helped build and institutionalize the Veterans Health Administration Innovation Ecosystem with Atlas Research.

“We are thrilled to have Megan join our team as we continue to develop innovative approaches for transforming health care systems,” said Aly Glick, Artemis ARC president. “Her years of leadership and advisory experience in the federal health sector will significantly benefit the programs we support and the people they serve.”
