22nd Century Technologies awarded $47M+ 2.5 year task for the US Navy’s CIO Services in support of MyNavy HR Enterprise

To serve the 21st century sailor, N1 (and subordinate commands) manages and enables over fifty Information Systems (IS) that serve various functions, including personnel records management, recruiting, training, and logistics. The effort encompasses all aspects of ES IT/CIO and IM/IT Requirements at the Echelon I level, as well as coordination with the Program Office, Force Management (FM) and Force Development (FD) stakeholders. MyNavy HR Transformation will reduce the fifty plus systems to system of systems to enhance self-service capabilities, incorporate a high level of automation, provide data analytics and emphasize ease of use for customers. N1 requirements for ES IT/CIO to meet its statutory oversight responsibilities include IT Enterprise Architecture (EA), Data Management, Portfolio Management, Governance Operations, and IM/IT Requirements Management along with management and delivery support of MyNavy HR Lines of Effort. Support includes the development and refinement of legacy IS sustainment and Transformation to the optimized MyNavy HR operational construct and provide a continuum of on-site and off-site support to N1’s action officers, program managers and analysts at all echelon levels, for multiple commands, and at multiple geographic locations. This support includes planning and programming support, and management of compliance tasking and responses that are mandated by various departments within the Navy, the Office of Secretary of Defense, and the Congress of the United States.
