Over the past six months, the OS AI team has received dozens of inquiries from HHS-focused companies inquiring and researching potential RFQ/RFPs that stand to be competed at the Department of Health and Human Services in 2023.  

We have previously covered CMS, CDC, FDA and NIH so here we cover some of the most requested research items over that time period, outside of those agencies we have already covered. The list here includes several large opportunities, to include contracts and tasks covering everything from Application Development and ServiceNow Platform Modernization, to Policy Analysis, Grants Management and Program Integrity. 

Note: Some of the recompete requirements included here will be awarded in 2024, but the focus for this list is on those opportunities that are likely to be competed in the next calendar year.  

Dance Lightly. Do know that some of these potential requirements will NOT end up being recompeted in 2023 for any number of reasons (e.g., contract consolidation, extension, cancellation, etc), but this list can serve as a great foundation as you build out your pipeline and start to have teaming discussions.  

Please note that the research requestors for these items received a Premium OS AI Opp Segment report including 1) known details about how/if/when/where these contracts will be competed; 2) a list of the top companies that are in position to win today (as well as those who have been making key investments and moves of late to position for a win); and 3) a detailed list of the top potential opportunity influencers any potential bidder will want to get to know.
