Led by CEO Briana Coleman and COO Thomas Coleman, a programmatic expert in the functions of federal subsidy programs, procurement law, and federal budgeting, who had a long career at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, this consultancy was recently founded on the idea of changing the entire consulting paradigm, putting it on its head, and proving that federal contracting can be different.
