That was quick. Details are likely to remain limited, but this appears to be over. The lone known challenger has pulled the plug on their protest (voluntarily dismissing with prejudice) and they believe that there is no need for a written position detailing the denial of their motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.

Those tracking the recent award of this prototype contract at DHS closely should note that the initial argument fell flat and there are no immediate plans to halt work. That does not mean this challenge is over, but it does speak to a steeper climb if the challenger were to prevail. More to be shared as it is made available.

In a rare move, we see two product companies taking each other on. Details are limited as to the grounds for the challenges, but when two of the predominant Enterprise AI Players, both of whom are having enormous success in the Federal sector, are set to face off, we take note.

The related DHS award is the correct one – not sure you blame them as they just want a shot at competing.
FYI – the contract is now on hold until this is resolved.
